a – List with a list of activities

TIME – The time when a specific activity occurred.
ACTION – Description of the activity.
DESCRIPTION – The version of the program in which the specific activity occurred.
IP – The IP address of the computer on which the specific activity occurred.
Username – Username of the user who created a specific activity.
Story – The name of the attachment on which the specific activity was created.

NOTE: If the activity is created by the application itself, some of the fields will be empty.

b – Button for displaying deleted attachments

When this button is turned on, a list of deleted attachments will be displayed in the activity list.

NOTE: This option can only be used if there is a program for creating News Room attachments in the system.

c – Space for entering the computer’s IP address. By entering the computer’s IP address, the activities performed only on the selected computer will appear.
d – Drop-down menu with the option to search by user name. By selecting a user, a list of the selected user’s activities will appear.
e – Space for entering the attachment ID number. By entering the attachment ID number, activities related to the selected attachment will appear.
f – Button to cancel the filter. By clicking on the button, all default search options will be deleted and all activities in the system will appear in the list.

2. Display of growing files

By clicking on this option, only growing files will appear in the list of all assets.

3. Sending proposals to developers

If you have a suggestion or proposal, and in order to facilitate the work and improve the software, clicking on this option will open a window where you can send an e-mail to the developers.
