Depending on the created profile, the option to transfer the file to storage can have two types. Move and Copy.

The Move option will move the original file to storage. This means that the original file will no longer be available.
The Copy option will make a copy of the original file on the storage. This means that the original file will still exist as well as the newly created file.

Dragging the file to the storage icon will start the sending procedure and you can see the current state, i.e. how far we have come with switching.
