1. LIST OF CREATED TARGETS
When a new target is created, it will appear in the list of all created targets.
2. ADDING A NEW TARGET
By clicking the “+” button in the window for editing and creating a target, a window for creating a new target will open.
a. Field for assigning the name of the created target
In the text input field, enter a name that will be visible in the list of created targets (1)
b. Drop-down menu to select a recording profile
The type of recording profile is selected from the drop-down menu. The drop-down menu contains all created recording profiles, and new profiles are created in the “Recording” tab.
c. Drop down menu to select recording locations
The recording location is selected from the drop-down menu. The drop-down menu contains all created locations, and new locations are created in the “Location” tab.
d. List of users who are allowed to use the created target
Considering that sending a file to a specific location depends on the user’s privileges, each user can be assigned which targets they can use. Clicking on the “+” button will open a list of all users from which we can select the user to whom we want to enable the use of the selected target. By selecting a user in the list and clicking on the “-” button, the selected user will be deleted from the list.
e. The watermark that will be implemented in the file
Every file that is sent to a target can be protected with a “watermark”. Clicking on the “SELECT” button will open a window for searching the location and selecting the file (image) that will be used as a trademark. By clicking on “CLEAR” the existing trademark will be deleted.
