By dragging assets from the list to one of the export buttons, we will start the procedure of preparing and exporting assets to social networks or archiving.
By dragging to a specific button, we choose to which location we want to export. Depending on the type of location to which the export is made, a window will open in which we can process the asset for export.
The size of the line on which the export icons are located is limited, so in case there are more icons that are not visible, the line will have transparent icons at the ends.
1. Transparent icon on the left
If the icon on the left is transparent, it means that there are more export icons on the left.
2. Transparent icon on the right
If the icon on the right is transparent, it means that there is another export icon on the right.
NOTE: Moving the line with export icons is possible in two ways. By moving the mouse left or right while holding down the left click on the line with the export icons or by positioning the mouse on the line and moving mouse wheel up or down.
There are two texts on the export icon
1. Target
Target to which the export is made.
2. Name of the target
The name of the target to which the export is performed.
Each type of target is marked with a special icon.
- Export to social networks
- Export the file to the location with previous transcoding to another format
- Export file to storage
When an asset is exported, its progress can be checked in the file export window (D.MAM interface paragraph 5).
NOTE: The types of exports that a user can see depend on the privileges granted, ie. different export profiles can be assigned to each user.
