Displaying the list of assets according to the applied filters. If no filter is applied, the list will contain all assets from the database. Within this space, you can see basic information about assets such as name, date of last modification, duration, etc.
# – serial number of the asset and graphic representation of the type of asset (icon)
By clicking on this field, it is possible to increase the font size in the columns.
Considering that the size of the space for the list is limited, in case of increasing the font, some of the columns will not be visible and the list will contain only basic information about the asset.

7) SEQUENCE
- the asset is marked as a sequence. A sequence is data created in the database in which one or more assets are used with a defined starting and ending point. The sequence can be loaded into one of the video processing programs (AMC, Edius,...) and continue processing the video material.
8) CYCLAMA POINT
- A cyclamen dot indicates that the asset has already been used in the creation of the sequence. This asset may be reused in a sequence, and this tag is just an indicator to the sequence creator that the material is repetitive and that it might be better to use some other material, if available.

12) SHORT ORANGE LINE

name – the name of the asset
The name of the asset can be in two colors: black and red.
A black color indicates that the asset has been approved and can be used in broadcast.
A red color indicates that the asset is not approved for broadcast and cannot be broadcast.
NOTE: Assets that are not approved for broadcast (name highlighted in red) will only be visible to users who have been granted rights to be able to approve assets for broadcast, while other users will not be able to see them in the asset list.
There may be an icon with a bucket and a number in front of the asset name.
The bucket icon indicates the number of days after which the asset will be deleted from storage. The number of days for which the icon with the bucket will appear is set in the settings.

qc – Quality control status.
The icon to indicate the quality of the control can have two states:
- Asset complies with quality control settings.
- Asset does not comply with quality control settings.
In case the asset does not comply with the quality control, one or more fields that do not meet the quality standards will be marked with a red square in the list.
NOTE: Assets that do not conform to quality standards can be used normally in all operations. Quality control refers only to information to the user that the asset does not meet standards in some way, and if it does possibly another asset should be used.
Next to the quality control icon are lines that indicate the level of the loudness value.
- A BLACK LINE indicates that the asset has no sound in it.
- A RED LINE indicates that the sound level in the asset is too high.
- GREEN LINE indicates that the sound level in the asset is normal.
NOTE: The height of the line indicates the level of loudness in a certain situation (no sound, loud or normal).
