1. BUTTON AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE DATABASE
1 – Button to change database
Clicking on the button to change the database will open a window in which you must confirm that you really want to change the database
YES – confirmation will open a window for selecting a new base
Cancel – by clicking the Cancel button, you will cancel the database change
2 – The name of the database that the News Room is currently attached to
CHANGING THE DATABASE
1 – List of all available databases
2 – Button to refresh the list of available databases
3 – Name / Username / Code of the database to which you will connect
4 – Connect button
The procedure for connecting to the database is as follows:
1. Double-click on the name of the database in the list of all databases (1),
2. The database name will appear in the Name field (3),
3. Click on the connection button (4).
Newsr Room will inform you that it needs to be restarted to pull data from the new database.
NOTE: If there is no base you want to connect to in the list of all bases, click the refresh button (2). If the database is still not listed, check the network connection to the computer where the database is located.

4 – Hold and cancel buttons for changing information.
