Activity log

Selecting the “Activity log” option from “Tools” menu will open a window with a list of activities.

1 – Tabs for selecting the type of activity that will be displayed in the list

ASSET ACTIONS – List of actions related to work with the asset.
ASSET REGISTRATION – List of actions related to asset registrations.
FILE ACTIONS – List of actions related to work with the files.
ARCHIVE – List of actions related to work with the archive.
SEARCH – List of actions related to search.
NEWS – List of actions related to NewsRoom.
PLAY – List of actions related to Play asset.
CONNECTIONS – List of actions related to connections.
SYSTEM – List of actions related to system configuration.
OLD ACTIVITY – List of actions moved to old activities.

2 – Filters for searching the selected list of activities (a)

DELETED STORIES – Show deleted stories.
ACTION – Search by action name.
DESRIPTION – Search by desription.
IP ADDRESS – Search by IP adress.
USER – Search by username.
STORY ID – Search by story ID.
ASSET ID – Search by asset ID.

3 – Clear filter button.

4 – Activity list determined by activity type (a) and filters (b)

DATE TIME – The date and time when a specific activity occurred.
ACTION – Description of the activity.
DESCRIPTION – The version of the program in which the specific activity occurred.
IP ADRDRESS – The IP address of the computer on which the specific activity occurred.
USERNAME – Username of the user who created a specific activity.
APP – The name of the application that performed the specific action.
Story – The name of the attachment on which the specific activity was created.
ASSET ID – The ID of asset where the specific activity was created.

5 – Field with number next to export button determine how much line of information will be in list. Default value are 200 and can be changed by entering new number.

6 – Export selected asset activity to file.
