SEARCH FILTERS BY SEQUENCE LOCATION
Clicking on the field will open a drop-down menu from which you can select the desired folder for which we want to display the sequences.
By clicking on a folder, the list of all sequences will contain only those that are in the selected folder.
NOTE: The list of folders depends on the user’s account, i.e. different folders can be assigned to each user.
SEARCH FILTERS BY ASSET NAME
Field for entering one or more search words. After entering the word, you need to click on the “ENTER” key or click on the “Magnifier” picture. When the word entry is started the field will change color to red.
Clicking the X button will delete the entered text.
LIST OF SEQUENCES ACCORDING TO SELECTED SEARCH CRITERIA
In the list of sequences, all sequences that match the given search criteria will appear.
The original version of the sequence is listed as the main (primary) version, and all other versions are listed as additional and can be accessed by expanding the main sequence.
name – name of the sequence
count – number of AAF versions associated with the sequence
folder – the location where the sequence is located
date – the sequence creation date
status – indication of whether the sequence has been exported and rendered into the final material
a – A sequence that has an exported AAF
If the sequence has an exported AAF, by clicking on the arrow next to the name of the sequence, the list can be expanded and the desired version of the AAF can be dragged into the AMC using the drag&drop method.
When exporting an AAF from AMC, a “SAVE” button will appear in D.Work and is used to save the final version of the AAF. If the “SAVE” button is not pressed, each
the next export of a new version of AAF of the same sequence will be copied over the old version, which means that the old version will no longer be available, and if clicked
button “SAVE” version of the AAF will be treated as final and will remain remembered in the database without the possibility of being lost by a new export of the AAF of the same sequence.
SAVING SEQUENCE
A SEQUENCE WAS NOT SAVED
The virtual difference is that the saveed sequences have a date in the name, and the unsaved sequences do not.
b – A sequence that does not have an exported AAF
FILTERS FOR SEARCH BY CURRENT STATE
All – The list of all sequences will contain all sequences (those that have and those that do not have the final material rendered)
New – The list will contain only those sequences that do not have the final material rendered
Finished – The list will contain sequences that have the final material rendered
FILTERS FOR DISPLAYING SEQUENCES BY DATE
If the “Today” button is on, only sequences created today will be listed, if it is off, all created sequences will be listed.
