SEARCH FILTERS BY ASSET TYPE
By clicking on one of the search filters in the list of assets, only those assets that match the selected type will appear.
Each button has two states. Pressed (the button is colored) and not pressed (the button is not colored). A colored button indicates that the selection of that type of asset is done.
- The list will contain video files
- The list will contain images
- The list will contain audio files
- List will contain user created programs
- The list will contain the created sequences
- The list will contain the assets that the user has marked as advertisements
- The list will contain assets that the user has marked as music files.
NOTE: A combination of two or more types of search assets is possible. If two or more buttons are selected, the asset list will contain all selected asset types.
FILTERS FOR SEARCH BY DATE
By clicking on one of the search filters in the list of assets, only those assets that match the selected type will appear.
Each button has two states. Pressed (the button is colored) and not pressed (the button is not colored). A colored button indicates that the selection of that type of asset is done.
- Search by modified date
- Search according to the ingested (entered) date
- Search using any date
- Asset search from today.
- The search from today does not refer to today but to the number of hours back. The number of hours backwards is determined by the icon for the number of hours found under the "Today" button. By placing the mouse on icon for the number of hours, a slider will appear through which it is possible to change the number of hours
- Asset search from yesterday and today
- Search assets entered in the last 3 days
- Search of assets entered in the last 7 days
SEARCH FILTERS BY ASSET LOCATION
Clicking on one of the search filters will open a drop-down menu from which a location can be selected. Only those assets that match the search criteria and are located in the selected location will appear in the list of assets.
The selected location is marked in orange.
- List of all created folders on storage. The default search criteria will apply only to assets located in the selected folder
- List of all created categories. The given search criteria will apply only to assets that belong to the selected category
- List of all created productions. The given search criteria will only apply to assets that belong to the selected production
SEARCH FILTERS BY ASSET NAME
Field for entering one or more search words. After entering the word, you need to click on the “ENTER” key or click on the “Magnifier” picture. When the word entry is started the field will change color to red.
Clicking the X button will delete the entered text.
The “And” and “Or” buttons are used in case more than one word is used in the search.
- "And", the search list will show assets containing all the entered words
- "Or", assets containing any of the entered words will appear in the search list
SELECT SEARCH METHOD (Media folder)
The MEDIA folder button has two states:
- The search also includes assets that are not in the media folder
- The search refers to assets located only in the media folder
