1 – List of categories that can be assigned to stories

“+” – clicking the “+” button adds a new category to the list
“-“ – by clicking on the “-” key, the selected category is deleted from the list

NOTE: The first category in the list is the default, which means when a new story is created the first category in the list will be assigned to the story. The order of the categories in the list can be changed using the drag&drop technique.

2 – Default story duration

If the story does not contain any material, i.e. has no duration, News Room will use the time entered as the default story duration in the time calculation

3 – List of resources that can be used in the preparation of the story

Vehicles – Transportation means
Cameraman – Cameramen
Editing Stuff – People

“+” – clicking the “+” button adds a new tool to the list
“-“ – by clicking on the “-” key, the selected asset is deleted from the list
