Within this area, information about assets such as name, last modified date, duration, etc. can be viewed.
SERIAL NUMBER AND DISPLAY MODE (#)
By clicking on this field, it is possible to increase the font size in the columns.
Considering that the size of the space for the list is limited, in case of increasing the font, some of the columns will not be visible and the list will contain only basic information about the asset.
DOOR ASSET BY ICON APPEARANCE
- the asset in the list is a video clip
- the asset in the list is an image
- the asset in the list is an audio file
- the asset in the list is marked as an advertisement
- the asset in the list is marked as music
- the asset is marked as a program. Programs are used as mini-playlists, ie. they contain more assets. There is a + sign next to the program icon. Clicking on the + sign will open a list of all assets that are in the program
- the asset is marked as a sequence. A sequence is a data created in the database in which one or more assets are used with a defined starting and ending point.
- A cyclamen dot indicates that the asset has already been used in the creation of the sequence. This asset may be reused in a sequence, and this tag is just an indicator to the sequence creator that the material is repetitive and that it might be better to use some other material, if available.
- The asset is not approved for broadcast but can be used in editing.
- A white line next to the asset icon indicates that a proxy file has been created for the asset that can be used in the work for faster processing
- The big orange line indicates that the asset is archived, but there is also an online version of the file
- A short orange line indicates that the asset is archived and must be backed up in order to be able to process and use it further
ASSET NAME (name)
The name of the asset can be in three colors: black, blue and red.
The blue color indicates that the asset is still being transferred or recorded (grooving file). The growing asset can be used like all other assets that are on storage.
A red color indicates that the asset is not approved for broadcast but can be used in the editing process.
The black color indicates that the asset is approved and can be used in the monastery.
NOTE: Assets that have not been approved (name highlighted in red) will only be seen by users who have been granted rights to be able to approve assets,
while other users will not be able to see them in the asset list.
There may be an icon with a bucket and a number in front of the asset name.

U koliko je potrebno profužiti vreme trajanja potrebno je se obratiti administratorima.
DATUN UNOSA (modified)
Datum i vreme kada je aset kreiran ili modifikovan.
DUŽINA TRAJANJA (dur.)
Dužina trajanja aseta izražena u formatu HH:MM:SS.
VIDEO BITREJT (video br.)
Vrednost video bitrejta.
AUDIO BITREJT (audio br.)
Vrednost audio bitrejta.
ŠIRINA (w)
Vrednost širine video fajla izražena u pikselima.
VISINA (h)
Vrednost visine video fajla izražena u pikselima.
ASPEKT (asp.)
Odnos širine i visine aseta.
BROJ FREJMOV PO SEKUNDI (fps)
Broj frejmova po sekundi u kojima je aset snimljen.
LOUDNES (lufs)
Vrednost loudness-a.
PRESTANAK POSTOJANJA (life end)
Datum kada će materijal biti obrisan sa storidža.
Samo korisnici sa pravom produženja mogu produžiti vreme trajanja aseta.
U koliko je potrebno profužiti vreme trajanja potrebno je se obratiti administratorima.
PODELJENI ASET (seg)
Ako je aset podeljen u više delova ili je u pitanju kreirani program (mini-plejlista) u ovoj koloni će se nalaziti broj iskorišćenih aseta.
KONTROLA KVALITETA (qc)
Ikona za označavanje kvaliteta kontrole može imati dva stanja:
- Asset complies with quality control settings.
- Asset does not comply with quality control settings.
In case the asset does not comply with the quality control, one or more fields that do not meet the quality standards will be marked with a red square in the list.
NOTE: Assets that do not conform to quality standards can be used normally in all operations.
Quality control refers only to information to the user that the asset does not meet the standards in some way, and if possible another asset should be used.
Next to the quality control icon are lines that indicate the level of the loudness value.
- A BLACK LINE indicates that the asset has no sound in it.
- A RED LINE indicates that the sound level in the asset is too high.
- GREEN LINE indicates that the sound level in the asset is normal.
NOTE: The height of the line indicates the level of loudness in a certain situation (no sound, loud or normal).
