Information about permanent tasks

a) Information about the last 10 files added to the database

 

Icon – A thumbnail representing the type of asset that has been added to the database.
No – Ordinal number of assets in the list.
name – Name of the asset.
modified – Date and time of the last file change. If the file has not been changed, the time of insertion into the database will be displayed.
duration – Duration of the file (if it is a video file) in the format HH:MM:SS.
seg – Number of segments if the file is divided into several parts.
qc – Mark whether the file corresponds to the set profile for file control.

By right-clicking on one of the assets, a menu will open:

 

Edit – Selecting the edit option will open the file editor (Shortcut for opening the selected file is Ctrl + Space).
Categories – Selecting the categories option will open a window for assigning categories to the file.
Create program – Selecting this option will open a window for creating a block of files (program).
Tool – Selecting this option will open an additional menu:

 

Recheck – Selecting this option will start the procedure of checking all information about the selected asset.
Generate proxy – Selecting this option will start the generation of a proxy file. The proxy file is used in editors because the created proxy file has a smaller size and faster loading speed. Broadcasting is done with the original file.
Generate thumbnail – Selecting this option will start thumbnail generation. The thumbnail is used in the graphic representation of the current position of the file in the broadcast, in the D.Play application.
Get audio LUFS – Selecting this option will start the calculation of Loudness. Loudness is used to automatically adjust the volume in the D.Play application.
Clear audio LUFS – Selecting this option will remove the calculated Loudness for the selected file

Remove – The selected file will be deleted. The deletion will only be done in the database, and the file will still be physically present on the disk.
Rename file – Selecting the option will change the name of the selected file.
Open in explorer – A window will open with the location where the selected file is located.
Properties – A window with technical information about the file will open.

b) Information about files saved for deletion

 

Ready to clean – Number of files saved for physical deletion from disk and database.
Icon – A thumbnail representing the type of file added to the database.
No – Serial number of the file in the list.
BUCKET – Marking that the time for which the file will be deleted is less than 24 hours.
name – Name of the file.
modified – Date and time of the last file change. If the file has not been changed, the time of insertion into the database will be displayed.
duration – Duration of the file (if it is a video file) in the format HH:MM:SS.
seg – Number of segments if the file is divided into several parts.
qc – Mark whether the file corresponds to the set profile for file control.
