a) Login
Access to certain D.Asset options is only available to users with administrator privileges. In order for the user to log in, he needs to click on the login button, after which the login window will open.
Username – Username that was defined when creating the user.
Password – User password defined when creating a user.
Stay logged in – If this option is enabled, the user will remain logged in. If the user is not logged in, and wants to perform some of the operations that require an administrator account, he will be asked for access parameters (username and password).After entering the parameters, it will be enabled to do only that one operation. If he tries to do the next operation he will be asked again for the access parameters. With this option, it is possible to stay logged in permanently, i.e.until the moment it logs off itself or D.Asset restarts. By logging in via this button, it is automatically assumed that the user will remain logged in.
Cancel – Button to cancel registration.
Login – Login button. In case the entered information is not correct, after pressing the Login button, a window will appear with information about unsuccessful login.

If the login was successful, the username of the logged in user will appear under the Login button.
b) Graphical representation of connections to locations that are required for the normal functioning of D.Asset.
Adm – Information about whether the logged-in user has administrative privileges or not.
mos – Link to D.Mos.
win – Link to the MEDIA folder.
@ – Connection state according to Mail ingest.
fix – Connection status according to file check.
c) Processes processed by D.Asset
Here we can turn on or turn off some of the processes that D.Asset is currently processing.
win – D.Asset will check files and changes in watch folders.
mail -D..Asset will check defined mail profiles and add files from links from incoming mails.
fixer – D.Asset will check, change and repair any problems that may have arisen in already found files.
scan – D.Asset will periodically scan for changes in the time defined in section 4d of this text.
loud – D.Asset will calculate the Loudness value.
proxy – D.Asset will perform the process of creating proxy files.
thmb – D.Asset will perform the process of creating thumbnail files.
soc – D.Asset will perform the process of exporting files to one of the social networks or FTP sites.
trans – D.Asset will perform the process of transcoding the files.
NOTE: Since there can be multiple D.Asset in the system, with the help of these options, the special function of each of them can be determined. E.g. the first D. Asset will deal only with the process of exporting to social networks, the second by the process of processing and finding files, and the third by the process of calculating loudness, creating proxy files and thumbnails.
